One of our favourite spots on every Celebrity cruise is Café al Bacio. We love grabbing the complimentary pastries, cookies, and little sandwiches, and the specialty coffees and handcrafted drinks are absolutely worth the extra splurge.

The Sunset Bar is one of those places that instantly puts you in vacation mode. There’s nothing better than sailing away with a cocktail in hand, ocean views all around, live music playing, and that laid-back Celebrity atmosphere that feels upscale without ever feeling stuffy.

One thing Celebrity really does differently is the overall design and atmosphere onboard. From the modern artwork and statement pieces to the beautiful lounges, staircases, and stylish details throughout the ship, it feels more like a boutique hotel at sea than a traditional cruise ship.

From the beautifully laid-out Oceanview Café buffet to the dining rooms and casual favourites like Mast Grill, Celebrity has — in our opinion — the best complimentary food on any mainstream cruise line. Everything feels a little more elevated, fresh, and thoughtfully done, and if you want to splurge, the specialty restaurants are absolutely top tier and worth experiencing at least once every cruise.

We genuinely love the entertainment on Celebrity Cruises. The theatre productions are some of the best we’ve seen at sea, especially on the Edge Class ships where the shows feel next level, and there’s always something fun happening, from laugh-out-loud comedy shows and Silent Disco nights to interactive favourites like Deal or No Deal that make the evenings so much fun.

Celebrity’s pool decks are one of our favourite places to spend sea days. The atmosphere feels relaxed and upscale, there’s always plenty of loungers, good music, and poolside drinks flowing, and on the Edge Class ships especially, the design feels modern, stylish, and incredibly resort-like.

One thing we really appreciate on Celebrity ships is how many comfortable seating areas there are throughout the ship. From modern conversation sets and cozy loungers to quiet little corners indoors and outside by the ocean, there’s always a beautiful spot to sit, relax, grab a drink, or just enjoy the view.

We love Celebrity’s signature lounge spaces like Eden on the Edge Class ships and the Sky Observation Lounge on the older ships. Whether you’re relaxing with a cocktail, watching the ocean through massive windows, listening to live music, or just enjoying the atmosphere, these spaces always end up becoming some of our favourite spots onboard.

The service on Celebrity is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back. From twice-daily room service and attentive stateroom attendants to friendly bartenders, dining staff, and crew members who genuinely seem to care, the level of hospitality onboard always makes the experience feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming.

One of the things we love most about Celebrity is the overall vibe onboard. It feels more relaxed, sophisticated, and adult-focused without being overly formal or stuffy, making it the perfect balance of upscale cruising, fun nightlife, great food, and peaceful sea days. It’s that feeling of quiet luxury we love.
